Schools with a four day school week have traditionally attracted teachers from neighboring school districts.
What happens when you don’t have teachers to fill needed positions? What happens when other area schools go to a four day week, do we lose more of our teachers?
Why a four day school week? Teacher shortage is a real issue for Knox County. It seems to get worse year after year.
