Knox County R-1 Schools will be running buses on hard surfaces only until further notice.
Completed Elvis Eagle Reading Logs are due Wednesday, February 6th. Students who achieved the reading log goal will be recognized at halftime of the JV boys game on February 8th starting at 5:00 p.m. in the High School Gym.

The middle school Campus Bowl tournament scheduled for tomorrow at North Shelby is still on. The bus leaves at 7:30.
The Varsity games for tonight will be played as scheduled.
Due to poor road conditions in part of the county, Knox County R-1 will not be in session on Friday, February 1st. Monday February 4th is a Professional Development Day. Tuesday February 5th will be the next day for KCR-1 to be in session.
The JV games with Novinger, scheduled for Thursday, Jan 31st, are cancelled.
Knox County R-1 School District will be closed tomorrow, Thursday January 31st.
February 14th's JV basketball game will be played before the Courtwarming game on Feb. 8th. North Shelby doesn't have a girls team, so it will be JV boys only starting at 5:00.
Due to the weather, Courtwarming and its festivities will be held next week, Feb. 4th-8th.
Due to extreme cold temperatures, school will not be in session tomorrow January 30.
