Mrs. Carlson took students to Truman State University to attend the Career Day: Teachers Matter—Become One. Students explored one of the most impactful, rewarding, and inspiring career paths—teaching by participating in a variety of breakout sessions, a
panel discussion, and Q&A session.
Knox County R-I would like to congratulate Mrs. Sarah Setzer on earning her Apple Learning Coach Certification. She completed the professional learning program that trains instructional coaches, digital learning specialists, and other coaching educators to help teachers utilize Apple technology to its highest potential. Congratulations, Mrs. Setzer!

Mrs. Huchteman and FCCLA members attended the MOFCCLA Industry Immersion Day at Silver Dollar City in Branson last weekend. Students heard from park management about daily operations and career opportunities in the following career pathways: hospitality and tourism, visual arts, education and training, and human services.
