Mrs. Ellison's sophomore World History class taught 1st graders about ancient Egypt. Pyramids, Pharaohs, Mummies, and Hieroglyphics were just a few of the topics they covered.
Students attended the Health Sciences Career Exploration Day at State Fair Community College today with Mrs. Carlson. They learned about careers such as radiology technology, dental hygiene, occupational therapy assistant, health information technology, medical coding, medical laboratory technology, and more. At the end of the presentations, students took a tour of campus.

High School Arts and Crafts students just completed their annual Mascot head challenge. Students were told to construct a mascot head that covers their entire head out of cardboard, paper mache, and paint. They had to then complete an obstacle course to prove that they constructed the mask in a sturdy and secure fashion. All of the students succeeded at both goals and did a great job. Arts and Crafts class is taught by Mrs. Toni Lucas.
