High School Scholar Bowl had a great night Monday March 3rd, picking up conference wins versus Westran and North Shelby for both Varsity and JV. Scores were: Varsity 300 -150 v. Westran, 390-180 v. N. Shelby; JV 190-160 v. Westran, 180-60 v. N. Shelby. Shown here is the Varsity team. The teams are coached by Mrs. Libby Hunziker and Ms. Amy McNabb.


A Pre-Prom Meal will be held this year sponsored by The Eagle's Nest, Knox County Health Department and Knox County Community Center. All Prom goers should plan to attend! More information coming soon!

Saturday March 1st, we hosted our annual Middle School Tournament of the Minds. Knox A ended the day in 5th Place, Knox B ended the day in 7th Place, and Knox C ended the day in 10th place out of 18 teams.

This year's Spirit King and Queen for the student section are King Michael Hatfield and Queen Kloe Mauck!


Scholar Bowl matches were held at KC on Thursday evening. Knox JV Scholar Bowl picked up two wins v. Paris with scores of 260-90 & 170-110. Varsity defeated Scotland 350-240, and lost to Paris 220-370. Pictured here is Knox County JV, coached by Mrs. Libby Hunziker. Ms. Amy McNabb coaches the Varsity team.

Middle School Scholar Bowl teams kicked off their conference matches Tuesday against Westran and North Shelby.
A Team beat Westran 240 - 40 and North Shelby 190 - 150.
B Team beat Westran 160 - 30 and North Shelby 150 - 50.
Thatcher Townsend led the A team with 20 toss-ups between the two matches and Jason Devlin led the B team with 12!



Varsity Scholar Bowl competed in their first conference matches of the season on Tuesday. They defeated Salisbury 380-240, and lost a close match to Schuyler County 340-350..

MSHSAA is looking for volunteers!
Calling all 4th, 5th and 6th graders! We are looking for Ball Kids to assist during the Basketball Show-Me Showdown at Mizzou Arena in Columbia. This is your chance to sit courtside, help retrieve basketballs, provide water to officials, and be part of an unforgettable experience! Sign up in pairs of two or four for one of three daily shifts between March 12-15 (Classes 1-3) and March 19-22 (Classes 4-6). Participants will receive a digital ticket, a chaperone pass, a free t-shirt, and snacks. Spots are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis—so act fast!
