Mrs. Dobrinske and her Ag Science II class have been busy with observing bacteria activity in soil samples. The class collected samples of soil and a leaf, then mixed the soil with a nutrient broth to encourage bacterial growth. The students observed any bacteria by looking at it with a microscope.
