This week our middle school students had the opportunity to tour CTE classrooms and get a firsthand look at the exciting programs waiting for them in high school!
They learned about the wide variety of Career & Technical Education courses they can take, organizations they can join, and discovered job opportunities available to high school students through our FLEX programs.
It was a great chance for students to start thinking about their futures and see how their interests today can turn into skills — and careers — tomorrow. We love helping students find their path!

On Friday, January 30th, the school board and athletic department arranged a celebration for the Knox County 1976 Girls Basketball State Champions. Earmarking 50 years, many of the players were able to attend the recognition. The team also presented our Athletic Booster Club with a sizeable donation. Coach Gross's daughter, Cher, and husband, Jim, were there to help the ladies celebrate and remember their outstanding mentor, teacher and coach. Many friends and classmates joined the team reminiscing on the stage during the games and enjoyed a hospitality room with photo opportunities and cookies. Congratulations, ladies!
