Knox County Juniors and Seniors had the opportunity to attend the Tri-State Makerfest sponsored by John Woods Community College in Quincy, Illinois. Students toured Knapheide and Doyle Equipment Manufacturing to see the skills needed to work for these manufacturing industries. Students also visited JWCC Workforce Development Center to learn about the certifications and degrees they can earn in manufacturing.
